Our Services

Annual Membership (Individual)

By removing insurance from the exam room, we’ve restored the doctor-patient relationship. Your membership covers comprehensive annual physicals, chronic disease management, and same-day or next-day urgent care. It’s premium, unhurried primary care scaled to fit your life. Membership can be paid on an annual, semi-annual or quarterly basis.

60-Minute Health Consultation (non-member)

A comprehensive, one-time clinical evaluation including a full medical history review and personalized health strategy. Ideal for those seeking an unhurried, expert consultation for specific health concerns or preventative planning. This service can be applied toward your first membership payment if you choose to join within 30 days.

30-Minute Follow-up Consultation (non-member)

A 30-minute focused session for established non-member patients. This time is reserved for ongoing management of specific health issues, lab reviews, or wellness coaching. This service is available only to patients who have completed an Initial Health Consultation.

Spencer Blackman MD

Dr. Blackman believes that the best medicine happens when a doctor actually has the time to listen. After two decades in primary care—including a decade leading medical education at One Medical—he founded his Burlington practice to return to the heart of family medicine: the patient-doctor relationship.

A graduate of the University of Miami, Dr. Blackman completed his residency and fellowship at UCSF before moving to Vermont in 2015 to be closer to family. Today, he continues to shape the future of medicine as a faculty member at the University of Vermont, where he teaches medical students. For Dr. Blackman, "comprehensive care" isn't just a clinical term—it's a commitment to being a lifelong partner in your health.
